1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Melari provides AI image generation and editing services. Users can input text prompts, reference images, and other creative elements, and our service will generate images based on those inputs using advanced AI technology.

Our service may have technical limitations including generation time, resolution constraints, and service availability. We are committed to continuous improvement but cannot guarantee that generated images will fully meet all user expectations.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and providing accurate registration information.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for the prompts, reference images, and other inputs you provide, and for the outputs you generate, download, share, or distribute.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, generate, request, or distribute any of the following content. Attempting to bypass our safety filters to produce such content is itself a violation of these Terms:

• Sexual, adult, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity, sexually explicit imagery, sexually suggestive content, fetish content, or any material intended to be sexually arousing.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content depicting minors, or any person who appears to be a minor. This is strictly prohibited without exception, will be reported to the appropriate authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), and will result in immediate account termination.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content glorifying suicide, eating disorders, or other harmful behaviors.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content, including content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs on illegal activity, including the creation of weapons, drugs, terrorism, or other unlawful acts.
• Deceptive content, fraud, scams, impersonation, or political disinformation, including realistic depictions of real public figures, politicians, or private individuals in fabricated scenarios designed to mislead.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, including copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or trade secrets, unless you have the necessary rights or permissions.
• Malicious content, including malware, phishing material, or content designed to compromise the security or integrity of any system.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, refuse or cancel generations, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold refunds, and cooperate with law enforcement in response to violations of this section. Because generating prohibited content consumes platform resources, credits or payments used in connection with violations are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Service and related content are the property of the Company. For content you upload, you retain ownership rights and are responsible for ensuring it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

Users receive rights to use AI-generated images based on their subscription. We may use anonymized generated content for service improvement purposes.

6. Fees and Payment

We may charge fees for certain features. All fees will be clearly communicated before use. We offer both one-time payments and subscription options. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account.

We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice. Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimer

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICELINK LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violation of these terms or other reasons.
